100% raw, Hawaiian Lehua Honey is gathered by bees from the Lehua flower, which grows on the ‘ohi’a tree (Metrosideros polymorpha), an indigenous Hawaiian species. Prized for its fragrance, delicate taste and light color, Lehua Honey can only be found two months a year. This honey truly captures the essence of the islands. Warmed to a maximum temperature of 118 degrees F during bottling, our honey is never filtered, only strained.
